Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Excellent customer service. Ordered flowers as a get well for someone and they really loved the arrangement. The arrangement was very vibrant and beautiful. I let them know what colors that the person liked and they definitely took it in consideration when making the arrangement. Delivery was exceptional as they were received early. I highly recommend Carolyn’s Flowers and Gifts.

Called around noon of my sister's birthday. Carolyn's team made exactly what I asked for and it was delivered before my sister got out of school. I will definitely be using her team again when I need to send flowers.
